About Me

The act of sitting and listening to people began early in my life. I grew up surrounded by people who made space for each other, spending hours in conversation, exchanging thoughts, stories, and feelings.

Even as a child, I sensed the power in those moments and the way burdens seemed lighter after being shared. Without realising it, I was learning that healing often begins with being truly listened to.

That early experience stayed with me. Over the years, I came to understand that we all need a space where we can pause, speak freely, and be met with kindness — especially when life feels messy or painful. Becoming a psychotherapist felt like a natural path, as I believe that people should be seen and understood in their own subjectivity.

What was just personal, became professional. My current work with an organisation that supports women and girls who endured gender-based violence has fundamentally shaped how I view therapy, and its value in supporting people heal. Our experiences are affected by diverse political, social, and cultural factors, and I appreciate how deeply they can shape our interactions with self and others.

By working together, we can explore ways of finding new meanings of past experiences, underpinned by curiosity, care, and responsibility. Therapy allows you to create your own tools to achieve meaningful change, and lead a more fulfilling life.
