Why psychotherapy?

If you are reading this, something inside you might be wondering if counselling could help. Perhaps life feels a bit overwhelming right now. Maybe you are tired of pretending everything is fine when it is not. Or maybe you are just feeling stuck, unsure, or emotionally exhausted — and you are not even sure why.

You are not alone!

Life can be tough. We all face moments of stress, loss, relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, or big life changes. Sometimes, we do not even have the words for what we are feeling, but we just know we are not okay.

That is where counselling comes in.

Talking to a professional, in a safe and confidential space, can make a real difference. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Counselling is not about someone telling you what to do — it is about having someone walk beside you, supporting you in making sense of things, and finding your own way forward.

I am here to listen without judgment, to help you explore what is going on, and to work with you at your pace. Whether you are dealing with something specific, just need someone to talk to, or need a space for yourself, counselling can help you reconnect with yourself and gain clarity, confidence, and relief.

I base my practice in Transactional Analysis (TA) and have experience working with people of all genders who experienced bereavement, trauma, low mood and self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
